October Update

In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) in October, colleagues from the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, In the Driver’s Seat, Future Centered Care and other organizations have been working together to better understand if and how individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are using Self-Directed services to assist them with employment. We’ve developed the survey below specifically for individuals with I/DD and family members which should take no longer than 10 – 15 minutes for to complete. The survey is anonymous unless you choose to add your name and email address – you will then be entered to win one of 10 Amazon gift cards worth $20. Please reach out to us at [email protected] should you have any questions.
